ProjectWorks London / PW Shop Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal contract between ProjectWorks London/PW Shop (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) governing the provision of products and services by ProjectWorks London/PW Shop.

1. Quotation and Validity

1.1. The quotation provided by ProjectWorks London/PW Shop is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

1.2. A new quotation will be required if a work contract is not agreed upon within the 30-day period.

2. Artwork

2.1. All costs provided in the quotation are subject to sight of artwork. ProjectWorks London/PW Shop reserves the right to review and adjust costs based on the complexity and specifications of the provided artwork.

2.2. Any changes or modifications to the artwork after the quotation is issued may result in a revision of costs.

3. Material Costs

3.1. Material costs are subject to the date when the order is placed. ProjectWorks London/PW Shop reserves the right to adjust material costs based on market conditions, availability, and other relevant factors.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment terms are subject to a credit audit. ProjectWorks London/PW Shop may conduct a credit audit to assess the creditworthiness of the Customer.

4.2. Upon completion of the credit audit, ProjectWorks London/PW Shop will communicate the approved payment terms to the Customer.

4.3. Online Purchases and Account Creation: ProjectWorks London/PW Shop offers the option to purchase goods through our website. To facilitate online transactions, you may be required to create an account. Account creation is optional, and one-time purchases can be made without an account.

4.4. Secure Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway integrated with WordPress and WooCommerce. This ensures the confidentiality and security of your payment details. Our payment gateway employs industry-standard encryption to protect your information during transmission.

5. Work Contract

5.1. A work contract must be agreed upon within the validity period of the quotation for the quoted costs to be applicable.

5.2. In the absence of a signed work contract within the stipulated time frame, ProjectWorks London/PW Shop reserves the right to provide a new quotation with revised costs.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. ProjectWorks London/PW Shop reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing.

By entering into an agreement with ProjectWorks London/PW Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
